Job Title: Digital Marketing / Customer Service Officer
Location: Magodo Phase 2 Ikosi, Lagos

Job Purpose

• Manages all social media channels, campaigns, and team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
• Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.
• Manages all Client accounts by ensuring maximum satisfaction in line with Company’s goals and Objectives.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have concluded Youth Service with 1 or not more than 2 Years’ experience
• Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency
• Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience.
• Excellent computer skill
• Must reside round Magodo axis.
